Kandi Klover says:

They work neat for short range tactical radio. Most people buying these aren’t smart enough to realize the battery packs are made of just AAA or AA rechargeable on most and very crappy chinese ones with virtually no life. Replace em with good eneloop pros and the battery life takes a huge increase.

The Fatman says:

LAME OF THE NOT FILMING THE CHARGING!

gizmo says:

I pulled an old pair of micro talks out of the shed, figured the batteries were bad and true enough they wouldn’t take a charge. ordered new ones and constantly had that low battery signal coming up. Thank you, I was about to throw them away.

Corey Dishman says:

GEAUX-PRIUS Cowboy says:

The cobra weather radio is tinny and sounds like total crap and reception is not at all as good as the Midland but for the price cobra is a great device. I have the Midland weather radio and it is a 10X the weather radio that this cobra is. Why because the Midland has alert function. This might save your life if you are camping in an area that floods. Also midland has much better reception. Midland cost $20 each where as cobra cost $25 for 2. Also cobra has the 2 way radio function. So far I have not been able to get the headphone to function with the radio not sure if my phones don’t work of if it is the radio.
If you are commercial driving I would tell somebody to get both the 2 way radio and a midland weather radio You need good information when driving.

The Fatman says:

Armed Rogue says:

It may have taken a while to charge on solar, but hey, at least it charged on your solar panel!!! LOL I was getting scared that it wasn’t transmitting, but haha, your son is funny. Seems to work good at that distance!
