The Pocophone F1 *does **_not_** come with Widevine L1,* which means you won’t be able stream HD video on certain platforms.

look – I realize these phones are almost as helpful as a computer – but they shouldn’t be similarly priced. 1k for a phone is – imo – pretty ridiculous and I wouldn’t do it again in the future. im looking for bang for the buck now…. prob dropping the fruitphone.

They are selling the F1 either at cost or at a loss. Normal financial constraints that limit other companies don’t apply to Chinese companies that are backed by the government.
That said, yes, $1k is definitely over-priced for a phone. At cost, the spec inside the F1 is around $350.
At this price point: It’s an INCREDIBLE good device. It really has everything you need, flagship specs at a midranger’s price. What do you want more? 😀

Specs on paper,. sure it kills 1+ at its price point; however it’s not a 1+ killer in real life lol might come close for its price
