I am considering between P20 Pro and pixel 2 XL, as I seem to see the image quality are better on pixel. The price are almost the same in my city so it is a tough choice for me. Any inputs is greatly appreciated.

Camera quality in some words: Purple tint and over saturation every where :/
I couldn’t care less about 4K video performance. I have zero devices that can play that back properly and even if I did, I’d need to sit a maximum of 1 meter away to notice the difference between 4K and 1080p. People are still getting very carried away with 4K… Not to mention the video picture quality itself is far inferior when compared to a 10 year old prosumer camcorder.
It’s a phone camera, it’s quality is measured from absolute shit to barely decent. Set it to 1080 and forget about it! At least that’s my edict.

There’s absolutely nothing that would make me choose this phone over the pixel 2 XL . Especially for the price.
