I was really into this. Then reading and viewing more videos, i wanted the Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro Black Edition. But then i saw your video overheating and i say “ok, no”.
Now i narrowed it down in Helios 300 and MSI VR Ready GS63VR Stealth Pro. I knos its +300, but maybe worth it. (Lighter, thinner, and much more biutiful haha)

Wich one you will recomend between thouse two?
Thanks! Great channel Matt!

As I am planning to buy this laptop , What are some worthy competitors in the price range of 1050$ . Don’t tell me about the y520 as I don’t think it is as powerful as this .

Hooded says:

Just get the Asus GL502VM it is 1,250 USD on amazon (SPECS BELOW)
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
Ram: 16GB DDR4
Storage: 1TB

The colorway isn’t freaking Red and black also you don’t have to deal with a non color accurate screen as well as better cooling system and build quality.
The Asus GL502VM is basically an upgraded version of the acer predator helios 300.
🙂 thank me l8er
