Garmin Fenix 5 Plus vs 5X vs 5S (GPS Watch Review 2018). In this video, Jeff covers the Garmin Fenix 5/5X/5S Plus review. Jeff likes all three smartwatches but he thinks the Garmin Fenix 5 Plus will be the most popular. For those of you who aren’t familiar, the Fenix 5 Plus gps watches have pre-loaded maps, music storage, Galileo and Garmin Pay. He thinks the Garmin Fenix 5X Plus has the most features though. This multisport watch has Pulse Ox Acclimation, solid battery life and quickfit bands. The Fenix 5S is solid as well and is best for smaller wrists. We’ll see which Garmin Fenix models land on the list for Best GPS Watch 2018 or Best Sportwatch 2018. Thanks for watching.

Melody-Joy says:

5s for sure! I’d love to run with music without worrying about how to carry my phone along with me.

ErikTheRed says:

I love my 5x. It is extremely reliable. Garmin makes fantastic hardware and software integration (I use mine for primarily running and golf). So as a garminfile I may just need to upgrade for these new features…

AJ H says:

There all good. Really it’s all about the Benjamin’s baby!

Guy Goodness says:

i have an idea adding the music and maps will make this overcomplicated. LOVE the battery life of my fenix 5. Barometer/Altimeter is not very accurate though. The upgrade is still not worth it to me.

BurntFajita says:

What are you getting with Bluetooth connectivity? How far are you before each device disconnects?

Brian Martinez says:

Fenix 5 plus. Like the size and battery life. But for the price I will be keeping my fenix 5.

noah jacques says:

Good job :-):-):-)

Adriano 87 says:

Great informative review! I’ve my eye on the fenix 5 plus sapphire & orange band!

Love your Vids man keep it up…

Maverick5588 says:

Great video.

zerocool says:

Will wait a couple months for the price to drop and the bugs to be fixed 🙂

Billy Ellison says:

I’m a Fitbit guy now although I used to be a garmin guy a long time ago. I would go with the x if I had the money because of the pulse aux.

R E says:

I’s that a can of Rocky mountain goat piss?

Sarah H says:

Hypothetically, if i had thr money the 5x plus. Its got a lot of nice features.

Cameron Dupuy says:

Still a fitbit person.

Vorbeck Family says:

They are all great watches but i would go with the 5s plus as i have a small wrist

Jay Jalandoni says:

Fenix 5S Plus is the best for me, especially since I have a small wrist. Garmin is still too premium price though, but I get it because of the features they have. However, I don’t see it that I will use, hence the hesitation to buy them

Emil Pandato says:

ive been trying to convince myself to replace my ionic with the fenix, now im switching trackers.

Ryan Pacot says:

Hey Jeff, just for comparison what is your wrist size?

Blake Warren says:

They’re all way out of my price range so I really can’t pick one

relicious says:

I think the 5 Plus sapphire is $800 and the 5X Plus sapphire is $850, FYI.

Brian Lancaster says:

Great video, thanks. Not a fan of neither.

YerdnaBay says:

5 s plus for sure

RUNNER 4 Life says:

Wish I had those

Dragos Pruteanu says:

What about the gym training? Crossfit? How is the HR sensor? Better than the one on 3HR ?

Carter Trexler says:

They all seem like great watches, but are extremely expensive. If I was going to pay that amount of money I would probably go with the 5X because otherwise I feel like you are wasting your money.

Noah Roberson says:

Can you do the Garmin Tactix Charlie? Can’t find any information on it beside the Garmin website.

Owen says:

Garmin Fenix 5 Plus is the best considering the music storage, plus i have small wrists and a small wallet

Richard's World Traveler says:

I just got the 5X Plus today. I really want to see what my oxygen levels do when I sleep. I know I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a few years ago, but I never were the damn CPAP machine. I’ve had the Fenix 3 for many years know and I can’t really see any scratches on it. This will make a nice upgrade though.

Outdooroff says:

All new features like music, Garmin pay, color maps actually doesn’t needs really. If You are sportsman, it will not make your trainings better. Only one new real feature is a oxygen measurement in blood, but I don’t think that a lot of people do real high climbs. All other features is a pure marketing.
I cannot find any reason to go from fr735xt to newest models

joshgillespie22 says:

Fenix 5 plus. Love the size and battery storage. Not a better looking smart watch on the market and now it has music storage!!

Alexis Soriano says:

I didn’t get a notification for this vid, wth YouTube? Anyways I found it myself because I was craving a Rizknows vid. Great video.

Bryan says:

the 5s since it’s a nice sized watch with enough features

Aruna T says:

I think the 5X seems like the best choice. It’s already an expensive watch, so if you’re willing to spend the money on a Garmin Fenix you might as well make sure the battery life isn’t annoyingly short.

Jouke Hitman says:

Niceeeee love it

The Bingster says:

I like the Fitbit versa

Jim Østman says:

Hi. Great video. How did the watch show that one trail was more popular? Lines on top of the map? Thanks
