Bang says:

the PD EDC does have waist straps 🙂 its hidden in the side pouches.

Manuel Carranza says:

The peak design backpack does have a hip strap. It’s hidden in the water bottle pockets. Also on the bottom there are extra straps from external carry.

Kyle Butler says:

Great video! I’ve been looking for something like this for awhile. My wife and I are planning a Thailand and Tokyo trip for this summer. Need to find new camera bag

seth courter says:

Wow! @vagabrothers , thanks for this super informative and valuable presentation, will definitely be watching this again when I purchase my next travel camera bag.

Some great tips in here and a nice variety of bags!

Jen O'Hogan says:

I recently picked up a bag very similar to the Vinta V2 (it’s a generic brand though). It’s a bit larger and has a great tripod holder. I discovered, if you don’t need the bag for gear, you can take out the inserts and use it as a standard carry on. It’s also really inexpensive. Not sure how long it’ll last though. Here’s the link below.

Adam Toms says:

Great video guys, who doesn’t love a good backpack?
I got myself a bobby backpack this year, its a nice light minimalist pack

Jacob Lanferman says:

You guys should check out these newly released travel camera bags from the Company WANDRD. They have a day pack series called PRVKE and a new duffle series. I’m looking into getting their 31L model as a day pack. I currently use the Fstop Tilopa and absolutely love it, but its just a bit too big for certain things.

kb10gamer93 says:

Always making great videos. well done guys keep it up 🙂

HippocraticNow says:

You guys inspired me to learn spanish and eventually travel to spain! any suggestions, as I am only about a month into my lessons? Learned in high school, but can honestly say I do not remember much. Graduating college in May and planning on hammering some more spanish lessons this summer prior to traveling! Thank you guys, keep exploring!

Natalie Waitt-Gibson says:

Ummmm pretty sure you guys read my mind, I was just searching camera backpacks for hours last night…..

Xyya Lahli says:

Hey guys! I have a recommendation.
The bag I’m recommending is the Kattee professional DSLR bag found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LC1GN7Y/ref=twister_B07C3L764D
It’s super cheap but it’s good for people who don’t do photography professionally but still want a camera backpack. Because it’s cheap, it has a few downsides like no hip straps, it’s pretty small, it’s not accessible from the back it’s not waterproof, etc. However, it fits a 15″ laptop, has a waterproof rain cover, tripod straps, etc. This would be more for reeeeally small trips but I thought it was worth mentioning. There’s also a similar one by Beaspire that’s also cheap which can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/Professional-Waterproof-Multifunctional-Resistant-Accessories/dp/B01JOVOJM0/ref=sr_1_17?s=photo&ie=UTF8&qid=1523728874&sr=1-17&keywords=camera+backpack I don’t have this bag so I can’t vouch for it though. Anyway, I love your videos and have been waiting for one like this! Happy travels!

Jacob Jung says:

Have you guys had any trouble bringing the Tilopa as a carry-on? I am planning on buying this mainly to travel around the world in. Thanks for the awesome and helpful video.

vimak101 says:

I have the Peak Design 30L and it has a thin waist strap that you can shove in the side pockets. Also check out the Tenba BYOB camera inserts, they sell a packable messenger bag to go with the inserts.

Piero Monteverde says:

Doesn’t the Peak Design have a waist strap hidden in the slide external pocket? A thin on but technically it does have one.

Zachary Cox says:

Very loud applause – this was my weekend homework, find this video / bag (going with the Sukha). Thank you guys! I’m going to be out of a job at the end of May and after years of dreaming and watching others travel the world, I’m taking a me year. Undergrad, grad school, 60 hour work weeks were how I spent my 20s and into my 30s. I decided I wasn’t going to look for a new job right away – I’m tossing my stuff in storage and spending the summer from Norway to Greece. I was going to do it on a motorcycle, but was a bummer when I found out that we only get 90 days – rentals were too expensive, so I was going to buy – but the amount of time I’d get made the depreciation too great. So planes and trains are the name of the game. Back to the states for holidays and the new year, then planning on rounding out my year doing Australia / NZ / SE Asia. My biggest fear is that I’ll never return to the great paying jobs that I’ve worked since grad school, because I’ll fall so madly in love with traveling the world. Maybe our paths will cross sometime in the next year. Your videos, along with some other channels played a large role in my deciding to take time for me rather than jumping right back into another job.

MasterHylian says:

I’m not sure of it was stated but the peak design does a small waist strap that comes out of the side pockets

Jan Klaeui says:

Great review. While you were traveling, which was your most used camera gadget?

Deepika Dinesh says:

Guys….please do a trip to Mauritius. And south India. And also Switzerland.

FGE Fotografía says:

The Sukha is great! I have had it for a few years now, and it’s as you guys say it. Just when I fly with the low cost airlines its a bit sketchy to make it look as small as possible hahaha.

Em O says:

The timing for this video is perfect! I’m currently hunting around for a good camera bag that I can use on trips. Thanks for all of the great info y’all!

WiebkeWanderlust says:

Great video! However, I would not describe the Sukha by F-Stop as carry-on compatible – it actually exceeds the dimensions for international carry-ons by a lot. In general I think the F-Stop backpacks look great, but one thing that has so far kept me from buying one is that none of them – and in particular the smaller ones which could be used as a daypack – have side-access (with the exception of the Dalston which is part of their Urban Collection). The backpack that I am currently using and have taken on numerous oversees trips is the Pacsafe Camsafe V17 Anti-Theft Backpack (https://www.pacsafe.com/camsafe-v17-anti-theft-camera-backpack/15221100.html). It has side-access, a removable camera unit, fits a 13-inch Macbook and has a ton of useful organization. The only thing it lacks – and why I have been looking for a different camera backpack – is a hip belt. But if you don’t have too much gear to carry, it’s definitely a great little backpack (it fits a DSLR with lens attached and one or two (smaller) lenses plus accessories). My new camera backpack will be “the explorer” by Compagnon (https://compagnon-bags.com/produkt/compagnon-explorer-arctic) – it’s a new product designed by Compagnon and manufactured by German outdoor gear company Deuter and I am really looking forward to receiving mine sometime in the near future.

KJ Gulyban says:

Can always use a good functional gun when traveling great bags

Chasing the Wind says:

Hey guys or anyone else that knows, do you use canva or picmonkey for your thumbnails? Or something else? Really like yours
